In 2009 she graduated Cum Laude in European and Transnational Legal Sciences from the University of Trento with a thesis on political crime.
During her undergraduate studies he obtained a licentiate (degree) from the University Sorbonne – Paris XIII in “Droit et Sciences Politiques” with a thesis on the role of the Public Prosecutor in International Criminal Justice.
In 2007, she held an internship at the United Nations, at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and Rwanda, based in The Hague, Netherlands, doing research and support work for Court of Appeal magistrates.
In 2009, she held an internship at the Office of the Judge for Preliminary Investigations at the Court of Trent.
After graduation, she practiced law at the “de Bertolini Law Firm” in Trento. At the same time she obtained a Diploma from the School of Specialization for Legal Professions of the University of Trento and Verona.
In 2012 she obtained the title of lawyer.
For more than 5 years, she has been collaborating with the well-known Milan law firm “Brusa Spagnolo Tosoni Carelli,” specializing in economic and corporate criminal law.
She also later collaborated with “IOOS Studio Legale e Tributario,” in Trento.
She works mainly in criminal law, devoting herself to assistance in judicial and extrajudicial settings.
In the course of her professional activity, she has in fact acquired a specialization in the field of criminal law, with experience in economic and corporate crimes, crimes against public administration but also crimes against the person and property.
She has also gained significant experience in crimes related to the Cultural Heritage Code and the counterfeiting and receiving of works of art, as well as in insurance criminal law.
In the Arts, she serves as Secretary, Treasurer and Founding Member of the Umberto Moggioli Association.
Since 2023, she has been qualified to plead before the International Criminal Court, based in The Hague, the Netherlands, a judicial body with jurisdiction over crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and crimes of aggression under the Court’s Statute.
For more than 10 years she has been a member of the National Register of Public Defenders.
She is registered as a defense attorney for legal aid.
She is a member of Trento Criminal Chamber.
She also serves as a special curator and guardian of minor subjects as well as a support administrator in numerous civil proceedings.
She is fluent in English and French.
